Experienced Human Resources Director needed to oversee FHS personnel issues and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the HR director include, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR initiatives and strategies, mitigating risk, maintaining employee records, compensation, benefits, health, safety, and overseeing overall employment needs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent people and interpersonal skills, a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, and strong organizational skills.  1-3 years experience in human resource management required.  Bachelor’s degree in HR or business management preferred.

Responsible for performing all laboratory procedures and use of computer system for order entry and test reporting. Performs instrument maintenance and quality control in each area. Works under direct supervision of Laboratory Supervisor. Responsible for lab coverage during regular work shift and any other shift temporarily not covered. Responsible for inventory control, including check-in and placement and rotation of supplies. Must participate in Continuing Education program, COLA /The Joint Commission policy and procedures. Associate Degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent subject from an accredited college or university. Certification required. Two-year experience in general laboratory desired.

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling the operation of the Retail Pharmacy; provides prescription product and appropriate service and consultation to customers; supervises technicians and clerks, ensures that the retail pharmacy department is in compliance with all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, and that FHS policies and procedures are followed by all members of the retail pharmacy team. Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required. MS certification required.

Manages all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, answering phone lines, and daily reconciliation of receipt drawer. Should be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.  Greet customers when entering or leaving the store, maintain clean and tidy checkout areas, track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Responsible for overseeing the appropriate and accurate coding of all lines of business in a timely manner. Must maintain professional work relationships with all revenue generating departments and personnel. Oversees the Release of Information to all requesting parties insuring HIPAA compliant processes. The position reports to the CFO and manages HIM staff. Also works as a liaison to consultant staff. Associates degree in Health Information Management or Technology required with appropriate certification/designation.

Responsible for scanning, ROI, answering the telephone, faxing, copying and general clerical duties.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word.  Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.  Minimum of one year in health care setting preferred.

Hires and trains all employees in the business office. Must be able to meet performance goals and monthly closing deadlines. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but will accept experience in lieu of degree.

Responsible for providing personal, secretarial, clinical, and administrative supportive services to the administrative team. Preparing variety of administrative reports, attends hospital and association meetings, receives visitors, schedules meetings, maintain files, conducts special projects as needed. Maintains strict confidentiality.

A registered professional nurse who demonstrates management skills of organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of the patient in a manner that upholds the goals and objectives of the Nursing Department, to ensure quality nursing care.  This position works closely with the medical staff and all other departments in order to provide quality patient care services.  Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria for the patient population under their care.  Qualifications: Current Mississippi License or current temporary license with stated expiration date mandatory.
