Primarily responsible for driving a designated route each day and picking up and delivering inter-company mail and packages. Cleaning and caring for assigned vehicle. Performs the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal/external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and budgets. Performs all duties regarding time records and payroll processing for all employees. Prepares tax returns as well as W2 and 1099 documents. Supervises the activities of the Accounts Payable Department. Performs GL reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, completes journal entries for month end close for hospital, clinics, and retail pharmacy. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required. Three to five years healthcare related accounting experience or general accounting management experience preferred.

Responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to daily physician referrals in-house and outside facilities. Uses acquired knowledge and experience to facilitate scheduling of appointments, referrals, pre-authorizations and workers compensation benefits. Other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager. Minimum of one year experience in health care organization preferred.

Responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating activities related to patient accounts and business office. Directly manages 8-10 employees including Reception, Appointment Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Referral Coordinator and Medical Records. Uses acquired knowledge and experience to upgrade efficiency. Routinely works directly with providers and Clinical Coordinator. Responsible for gathering charge information, coding, and entering into electronic medical records completing the billing process. Assists patients with inquiries on accounts and insurance claims, prior authorizations or verifying current insurance coverage(s). Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Administrator, including supervising day-to-day clinic operations in the absence of Clinic Administrator.

Assists nurses with patient care and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department. Responsible for obtaining accurate vital signs, assisting patients and family with basic needs, restocking of supplies, organizing and preparing documents/records. This position also assists the MedSurg unit every other weekend with patient care tech responsibilities. Experience preferred in patient care and terminal cleaning of surgery and procedure rooms. High school diploma required. On-the-job training for the position is provided.

The Emergency Department Manager should demonstrate management skills of organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of the patient in a manner that upholds the goals and objectives of Field Health System, to ensure quality nursing care, to acknowledge the need for and the development of the ER staff.  This position works closely with the medical staff and all departments to provide quality patient care services.  The Emergency Department Manager demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria for the patient population under their care and direction.  This person will work closely with the CNO assisting with policy reviews/updates and providing employee education.  They will uphold the facility’s participation with the Mississippi Trauma Care System.  The applicant should possess an unrestricted Mississippi license and have Emergency Department experience.

Assists pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Answers phone calls. Performs data entry and processes prescriptions. Inventory management. Orders medications. Assists with ordering pharmacy supplies. Helps maintain patient records. Process payments in point-of-sale system. Customer service skills required. Qualifications: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy with 2-3 years of retail experience preferred.

A registered professional nurse who demonstrates management skills of organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of the patient in a manner that upholds the goals and objectives of the Nursing Department, to ensure quality nursing care. This position works closely with the medical staff and all other departments in order to provide quality patient care services. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria for the patient population under their care. Qualifications: Current Mississippi License or current temporary license with stated expiration date mandatory.

Responsible for phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and skin puncture on all populations.  Responsible for specimen collection services at Wilkinson County Senior Care and collection services at health fairs.  Performs chain-of-custody drug screen collections, clerical duties including order entry, reporting and departmental record keeping.  Assists in inventory control on phlebotomy supplies.  Responsible for maintaining phlebotomy cart, tray and out-patient phlebotomy room.  Six months previous experience desired.  Certification by agency such as American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians desirable but not required.
